Getting started with Microsoft Teams

You can use the multiple versions of MS Teams all at once. Please note web and mobile versions may have limited functionality to certain MS Teams functionality in comparison to the desktop version

• Web, inside a web browser 
• Desktop app 
• Mobile app 

Online

You can access Microsoft Teams from the waffle in the top left of your Digital Workplace screen.

Desktop

Please download the desktop version of teams - Download and Install Teams

You can also download the app by clicking ... next to your photo icon and click Download the desktop app

Install Teams and Sign in with Wintec staff email address -> select work or school profile.

There are two things you really need to know straight away.

1. Change your Language settings
2. Manage MS Teams and Channel Notifications

Mobile

Go to the Google Play store or the Apple store and search for Microsoft Teams.
