Onedrive for Business
You can use the multiple versions of Onedrive for Business all at once
- Web, inside a web browser
- Desktop app
- Mobile app
Web, inside a web browser
1. Log in to Microsoft Office with your student username and password
Enter your Wintec email address in the username field, e.g. username@student.wintec.ac.nz. Your password should be the same as the Wintec Moodle password.
2. Once logged in Select Onedrive from Office365 App Launcher.

Desktop app
You Can also use the desktop version of onedrive

Select the Start button, search for “OneDrive”, and then open it:

When OneDrive Setup starts, enter your personal account, or your work or school account, and select Sign in.

Select all the folders

Select the white or blue OneDrive cloud icon in the Windows taskbar notification area.

(You might need to click the Show hidden icons arrow
next to the notification area to see the OneDrive icon. If the icon doesn't appear in the notification area, OneDrive might not be running. Select Start, type OneDrive in the search box, and then select OneDrive in the search results.)

Select More > Settings.

On the Settings tab, scroll down to Files on-Demand -> select the Save space and download files as you use them box.

Mobile app
Go to App Store or Play Store and download the app 'Microsoft Onedrive' app
